New anti-Covid vaccine: WHO authorizes the Indian Covovax in emergency, under license from Novovax

The World Health Organization (WHO) has granted emergency clearance to Covovax, the vaccine against Covid-19 produced by the Indian Serum Institute under license from Novovax. The drug, the WHO communicates, “is part of Covax’s portfolio, which will boost efforts to vaccinate as many people as possible in low-income countries”.
