Feral Interactive has revealed that the “Tomb Raider” series will be unveiled on Nintendo Switch in 2022. Both “Tomb Raider: Guardian of Light” and “Tomb Raider: Temple of Osiris” inspired by large-scale video games will appear on this hybrid system. The date has not yet been confirmed. However, it is not known whether these two games will be sold as dual-package or standalone games.
Of course, these may not be the main line items of “Tomb Raider”, but they are still solid games in themselves, and it is fun to play in cooperative mode. Especially “Guardians of Light”, which received 81 points of praise on Metacritic. As for the general player’s reaction to “Temple of Osiris”, there is a bit of mixed praise and criticism. It has a Metacritic score of 73, but as long as the price is right, we still think it is worth a try.
Speaking of prices, it is intriguing to see whether the pricing of these games will swell on the Nintendo Switch. Both games have been launched for a long time, “Guardians of Light” was released in 2010, and “Temple of Osiris” was released in 2014. At the time of writing, they are priced at less than £3 on Steam.
