OnlyFans backs off: explicit content will be allowed

by admin

OnlyFans, the famous online platform for adult content, is back on its steps. It announced a few weeks ago that it would ban users from posting material containing “sexually explicit”, but instead today tweeted: “We’ve gotten the necessary guarantees to support our community of creators and suspended the planned October 1 policy change,” OnlyFans tweeted Wednesday Earlier in the week, the company said the ban stemmed from pressure from banking partners and suppliers. “An official communication to the creators will be sent shortly by email,” OnlyFans explained in another tweet. The platform, which was founded in 2016 and boomed in popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic, currently has 130 million users.
