Pharmaceuticals: Msd Italia recognized as ‘best workplace 2021’

The recognition is awarded annually by the Great Place to Work * Institute Italia which, in 2020, analyzed 128 companies and listened to over 55,000 employees. Among these, 50 were selected: the ‘Best workplaces Italy 2021’ in which employees declare that they work in an environment characterized by trust in management, pride in their company, a sense of team and positive relationships between colleagues. Msd explains that the spontaneous assessments of employees contributed significantly to the recognition, considering the company’s commitment to guarantee the continuity of all activities during the lockdown due to the pandemic in a particularly positive way. Over 800 employees involved, 91% of whom consider Msd an excellent employer (+ 1% compared to the previous year). The responses also highlighted an increase in trust in management (85%, + 2% compared to 2020), a widespread pride of belonging (90% of the interviewees) and a sense of satisfaction (91% of employees) for having been able to seize opportunities significant in their daily work.
