Pnrr: territorial healthcare takes shape, waste plan – Ultima Ora

(ANSA) – ROME, MAY 27 – New territorial healthcare, circular economy strategy, connection projects for schools and hospitals: with the June objectives of the NRP, some of the important elements for the transformation of the country come to life. In fact, within the next week 12 other objectives will be achieved, which added to the 18 already achieved, will bring Italy to two thirds of the way to go by the end of June to unlock the 24 billion of the second installment of European funds.

The detail of the next steps, illustrated by the Undersecretary to the Prime Minister Roberto Garofoli at the CDM, sees 4 ministries at the forefront to achieve these objectives. Five targets are headed by the Ministry of Health, starting with the definition of the new territorial healthcare, through the reorganization in at least 1,350 community homes, 400 community hospitals and 600 territorial operational centers.

The decree defining the new organizational model was sent on 24 May for publication in the Journal and will now be submitted to the Court of Auditors, while in the next few days the agreements between the Ministry and individual regions for investments will be signed. In this way, Italy, which now has 4% home care for over 65s (against 6% of the OECD average), will be “the first country in Europe for home care with 10%” in the next few years, he explains. the minister Roberto Speranza.

The other 7 objectives expected within the next week concern the ministries of Culture (4 targets, starting with the decree to improve energy efficiency in places of culture, with 200 million in cinemas and theaters and 100 in museums), of Development (2 ) and Education (the decree for the adoption of the School 4.0 plan with the transformation of 100 thousand classes into innovative learning environments).

Another 15 objectives remain for the end of June, from the mobility of researchers to the framework agreement on Rome caput mundi, but the time schedule has already been set. On the ecological transition front, the ministerial decree approving the National Strategy for Circular Economy will be adopted by June 17 and that for the National Waste Program by June 24.
