Three income brackets
– People in conditions of depression, anxiety, stress and psychological fragility, due to the pandemic emergency and the consequent socio-economic crisis, who are in a position to benefit from a psychotherapeutic path can take advantage of the help. The bonus is paid out only once and can be used as a voucher to discount up to a maximum of 50 euros per session. Its total amount varies according to the applicants’ Isee:
- 600 euros for those with Isee less than 15 thousand euros
- 400 euros for those with Isee between 15 thousand and 30 thousand euros
- 200 euros for those with Isee between 30 thousand and 50 thousand euros
How to apply
– Within 30 days of the publication of the Speranza decree, the Ministry of Health and Inps will let people know which internet page will be used to fill in the requests. The opening of the same will not take place before 60 days from the publication of the decree. Only the Isee certification and one of the Electronic Identity Card, Spid and National Service Card will be needed on the portal.
How to get the bonus
– The allocation of the aid will be guaranteed on the basis of the order of arrival of the applications, with priority being given to those with the lowest income. At the end of the time window useful for submitting applications, INPS will draw up a ranking and select the beneficiaries until the allocated funds are used up (10 million euros). Once obtained, the bonus must be used within 180 days.
How to use the bonus
– The list of professionals who have joined the initiative will be available on the websites of the INPS, the Cnop and the Orders of the regions and autonomous provinces. Once the professional has been chosen, at the time of booking the beneficiary will communicate the unique code relating to the bonus, which will have been sent to him by INPS. The professional will then issue an invoice on the INPS platform by reporting the unique code of the beneficiary, who therefore will not have to advance the money of the contribution.
