The Executive Agency for Health and Digital (Health and Digital Executive Agency – HADEA) of the European Commission published the provisional calendar of calls for 2024specifying that the dates of the calls for the submission of proposals are indicative and may be subject to change.

HaDEA has also published a pre-notice of publication of a tender notice “Multiple framework contracts for gathering intelligence on priority threats and MCMs”.

The subject of the tender will be the stipulation of several framework contracts for the purchase of support services to the European Commission (DG HERA) on the collection of information on health threats and medical countermeasures (MCM).

The services provided through the framework contracts will facilitate the rapid collection, synthesis and presentation of the relevant data required, from which HERA will conduct further analysis, including literature searches, document reviews, database scanning and presentation of the information collected in the studies. These activities will be performed in complementarity with services provided by other services and agencies, to ensure robust preparedness and response activities.

In particular, in order to provide continuous support to HERA’s information collection, the following two lots are put up for tender:

Lotto n. 1

Health threats; budget: 6 million euros.

Lotto n. 2

Medical countermeasures; budget: 9 million euros.

The complete announcement is available on the dedicated page of Piattaforma TED eTendering.
