Ubisoft today revealed the “Crystal Guard” in the third season of “Rainbow Six: Siege” and its new operators-military engineer Osa from Croatia, as well as the refurbished “coastline”, ” “Bank” and “Clubhouse” maps, and many other updates.

In “Crystal Guard”, players will be able to play a new attacker Osa, she is equipped with Talon-8 transparent shield: This is a transparent bulletproof shield, can be deployed on the ground, door frames or window frames. In addition, the “bank”, “coastline” and “clubhouse” maps have been refurbished to enhance balance, environmental damage, sound transmission and lighting. “Crystal Guard” has made many balance adjustments to these maps, including replacing the “First Floor Service Entrance” location with the “First Floor Reception Hall” bomb location on the “Coastline” map, and adding new locations and more entrances and exits- For example, a new lane on the “bank” map and a new route on the “clubhouse” map were edited. In terms of environmental damage, both the “bank” and “coastline” maps have new destructible walls: the railings of the “bank” map “the second-floor stairwell”, the “coastline” map and the outer wall of the “second-floor VIP lounge” .

Other updates that will be released with “Crystal Guardian” include:

  • Elite customization options: Players can now equip any head equipment while wearing the elite uniform, provided they have both the elite uniform and head equipment belonging to the same operator

  • Operator balance adjustment (Twitch, IQ, Fuze, Mute)

  • Flash detection system

  • Equipment damage adjustment

Finally, “Rainbow Six: Siege” ushered in the second elite livery from Capcom’s survival horror game series “Evil Castle”: Lion “Lyon S. Kennedy” elite. This elite camouflage will be launched on August 17.
