In the United States, from 2020 to date, cases of diabetes, both type 1 and type 2, have significantly increased among children and adolescents who have just recovered from Covid-19. This is shown by a study conducted by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a public health control body, which analyzed the data of hundreds of thousands of people under 18.
