When a complex subject such as medicine, a probabilistic science by definition, is transformed into a dogma of granite, anyone who dares to disagree suffers the harsh consequences. And if it is an anesthetist who does it, like the doctor Barbara Balanzoniwhich has always contested the measures put in place to counter the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic, is literally removed from the professional register of doctors.
The doctor disbarred from the order
The incident took place in Venice, where the local Order of doctors has decided to disbar the Bolognese doctor. The reasons were filed in the office and sent to the interested party on Monday but the decision still dates back to 3 May. The official text reads: the doctor is guilty of “having behaved on several occasions, as a doctor, violent, intimidating, aggressive and vulgar behavior, supporting positions lacking scientific evidence and against the health management of the pandemicurging people to demonstrate against their professional order for having publicly declared that they continue to practice the profession after the suspension for non-compliance with the vaccination obligation “.
“I will appeal”
Obviously the heretical anesthetist is not there and he immediately announced an appeal against a conviction that decrees his professional death, although the radiation will not be enforceable until next July 27, the time necessary for Balanzoni to oppose the very harsh provision. According to the latter, everything had already been decided, since the complex process of the radiation took place too quickly not to be suspicious. In particular, the anesthetist complains that the commission called to evaluate the case would have used hasty methods against him. “They say that my information is unscientific – underlines Balanzoni – but they have in no way commented on the articles I have given. There is a motivational hole from my point of view ”.
Criticism of the green pass
Actually, reading the acts of the same sentencein which some sentences published online by Balanzoni are reported, his position appears indefensible, especially with regard to the use of an unacceptable language which goes far beyond civil and peaceful dissent with regard to the aforementioned health measures.
However, what is surprising is a passage of the provision with which the Order disbarred the doctor. After having correctly stigmatized the aggressive and violent tones used by the “accused”, we read: “Dr. Balanzoni in her role as a doctor and abusing the credibility that her professional status attributed to her has assumed, with extremely violent and aggressive tones, a position of complete e total rejection of all pandemic managementfrom the vaccination campaign to the use of green pass“.
But then, we ask ourselves: Dr. Balanzoni was disbarred for continuing to “prescribe anti Covid treatments even after being suspended”, for having “verbally assaulted” colleagues or even because she dared to criticize, albeit with excessive tones and content, the more restrictive pandemic management of the West, an unprecedented vaccination obligation and the use of a Stalinist health pass?
To put it another way, is the fault of the latter linked to the very unspeakable way in which it wanted to disagree or underneath what is accused of dissent as such? Because in the latter case the ratio of the radiation would be equally unacceptable.
