Answer. There are no contraindications to the use of anti-Covid-19 vaccines in pigment retinopathy. These days priority is being given to access vaccinations for all patients with rare diseases in several Italian regions. In vaccination reservations for holders of rare disease exemption codes, hereditary retinal dystrophies, including retinopathy pigmentosa, are included under RFG110. This also following solicitations from the Rare Diseases Observatory and the Patient Association in the sector such as Retina Italia Onlus.
