Talent Gardent invests in tech, acquires the Hyper Island business school

Talent Garden is positioning itself with increasing conviction in the education market with the acquisition of Hyper Island, one of the most important European business schools. After becoming a leading actor in coworking, the direction seems to be that of wanting not only to grow but to focus strongly on digital education aimed at students, professionals and large European companies. At the closing of the transaction, scheduled for early December, Talent Garden will acquire control of 54% of Hyper Island, with the option to rise to 100% in the coming years. These are the numbers communicated by the new group: 50 million revenues expected in 2022, 20,000 professionals from large companies trained per year, 5,000 students entered the job market with 98% placement rates and more than 4,500 supported startups and digital innovators. Active partnerships with more than 150 large companies around the world for reskilling and upskilling plans. In addition, a distributed geographical presence where Italy is worth 35%, the Nordics 35% and the remaining 30% distributed between Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Singapore and Brazil. The digital education area today becomes 80% of Talent Garden’s income statement. Three years ago there was the acquisition of Rainmaking Loft in Denmark, with the Huper Island operation the group led by Dattoli doubles in size. However, the financial value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
