The EasyPol round and the new startups entered into the Italian Tech database

EasyPol, a fintech startup that deals with digital payments, closed a new round of financing. The company, created to facilitate payments to the PA and avoid queues, is preparing to launch a new personal finance management service that takes advantage of the opportunities opened up by the European Psd2 legislation. Meanwhile, Abiby, Diadem, Soul-K, Dove.it, Wetaxi, Nuvap, ​​Evensi and Green Energy Storage have entered the Startup Database of Italian Tech which debuted on 23 September last (here the explanation of the reasons and objectives). Abiby is a startup founded in 2018 by Mario Parteli and Luca Della Croce who have created an ecommerce of beauty boxes, boxes of make-up and cosmetics sold online and delivered to your home, once a month, with a subscription service. In 2019 it closed a 1.5 million round attended by business angels, including Alberto Genovese. In 2021, it raised 2.4 million in a loan led by Seven Investments, TA Ventures and business angels.

Diadem is a startup working on developing a test to detect Alzheimer’s before it occurs. Founded in 2012 by Daniela Uberti and Maurizio Memo, in 2019 it closed a 1.5 million round with Panakès Partners.

Soul-K is a startup (formerly known as SoulKitchen) specialized in the production and distribution of ready meals and semi-finished products for fast and high quality catering for restaurants, hotels, catering and digital food delivery players. Founded in 2015 by Andrea Cova and Matteo Minardi, in 2019 it closed a 1.6 million round led by Innogest, after a 2 million loan in 2018.

Dove.it, is a proptech startup, i.e. active in the real estate sector. Founded in 2018 by Paolo Facchetti and Salvatore Vadacca, in 2019 it closed a capital increase of 2 million euros by business angels and private investors.

Wetaxi is a startup born in Turin in 2017. Spin-off of the Polytechnic, founded by Luca Gobbato, Massimiliano Curto and Michael Wai, has developed an app for urban taxi transport. In 2019 it closed two investment rounds: one for 1.3 million euros (700 thousand euros from business angels and family offices, the remainder from Mediocredito Italiano, Intesa Sanpaolo group); the other for 2 million, led by Club degli Investitori. In 2021 he opened an equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd.

Nuvap is a startup founded in 2013 by Francesco Rapetti Mogol and Marco Magnarosa who developed a monitoring system for indoor environmental parameters. In 2019 it closed a € 2 million Series A investment round with Cross Border Growth Capital. In 2018, it raised € 1.14 million in the first round, managed by ClubDealOnline.com.

Evensi, founded in Modena, is a startup that deals with events. Thanks to an artificial intelligence system, its platform combines user data with that of events, allowing organizers to profile the public and the public to discover only the events that best suit their tastes. It closed a € 2.5 million round held by Regency Corporate and Primo Ventures.

Green Energy Storage is a startup from Trentino active in the energy efficiency sector. In 2019, it closed a € 2 million capital increase raised on the equity crowdfunding platform Mamacrowd.
