The Spanish influencer Aida Domenech, better known as Dulceida (2.9 million followers on Instagram), surprisingly announced her retirement from social life through a long message in which she wanted to detail the reasons that led her to make this unexpected decision. “I feel lost and I need to find my joy to recognize myself again, to be myself again and to love me again,” she explained to her followers.
“Sometimes you can’t manage everything and you have to stop, ask for help and prioritize your mental health,” wrote Dulceida under a reel that sees her dancing by the sea at sunset. The influencer also told how in recent times she has felt the victim of “constant harassment” which would explain her need to move away from social networks. She acknowledged that the latest events in her private life (the breakup with his wife Alba Paul and the death of her grandmother in mid-August) put a strain on her so much that she needed to isolate herself for a while: the decision of the in fact, the removal seems to be temporary, just the time to recharge his strength but nobody knows how to quantify the time necessary to return to take his life in hand. “I hope to see you again in September and return to the top, with my smile, so much love to give you and adventures to live” he promised his followers at the end of the post.
