The release of regional funds will allow companies to hire, finally breaking the dam imposed by the budget.
As Lorenzo Medici, general secretary of CISL FP Campania explains, “The important novelty lies in the fact that the law, with paragraph 269, introduces elements regarding personnel expenditure, increasing the regional health fund by 10% compared to the previous year , and a further 5% in the event that additional personnel needs emerge in the single region with respect to the permitted recruitment faculties “.
In short, the conditions are there. Or at least there are no more excuses.
