The new sub-variant of Covid comes from India and is 5 times faster

Five times faster than the Omicron 5 variant. It comes from India and is already scary. It bears the initials BA 2.75 and is a sub-variant with the potential to worry, therefore to be monitored closely. The confirmed cases are still very few: about forty as of 4 July, but, apart from a larger group in India, the geographical distribution is already international: the new super variant has touched Australia, Canada, Germany, UK and New Zealand (which have deposited at least one sequence).
