Lunch: A hard-boiled egg, tomatoes or salad or green beans to taste dressed with a teaspoon of olive oil and accompanied with 40 g of bread or a packet of crackers. For lunch you can also opt for steamed salmon and 50 grams of songino seasoned with raw oil.

Snack: A fruit or an orange juice or a single chocolate.
