According to the Buzzoole Discovery tool, among the top 10 characters by number of followers who live in Italy and who are active on Facebook, we find a significant representation of footballers, as many as 6, a sign that the social network is a faithful mirror of the passions of our country. Let’s find out how the ranking has changed compared to last June.
10. Marchettino. Marco, for all Marchettino, is an influencer specialized in the “automotive” sector. He started sharing his passion for four wheels back in 2009 and today, with 5.52 million followers, he is a point of reference for motor lovers. On YouTube he shares reviews and driving experiences, on Facebook he leaves room for his shots along with dream cars. Its position in the ranking and the number of followers remain unchanged since the last survey.
9. Benedetta Rossi. Homemade by Benedetta is the name of the page of the most famous amateur cook in Italy. 7.6 million people follow his recipes and cooking tips. With 1.3% more followers than in the previous survey, he lost 3 positions in the ranking.
8. Laura Pausini. To break the monotony of football is our most international singer, applauded by 7.6 million followers. With his fans he shares his experiences and emotions on an almost daily basis. Despite the 8.3% more followers than in the previous survey, they lost 1 position in the ranking.
7. Giorgio Chiellini. The Juventus defender is the surprise of this ranking. After his performances at the Europeans and the many memes of his “withholding on Saka” he saw his followers grow by over 40% compared to the last survey and reached 7.7 million.
6. Pedro. The Lazio striker has a page followed by 7.8 million people, acquired during his past in Barcelona and As Roma. With 11% more followers than the previous ranking, it has gained 3 positions.
5. Alessandro Del Piero. The former Juventus captain is still in the hearts of many fans, judging by the over 8.4 million people who support him. On his profile he shares memories of his career alternating with moments from his current life. Despite the 3.9% more followers, his position remains unchanged, in the middle of the ranking.
4. Stephan El Shaarawy. 8.6 million followers for the current As Roma forward. He too, like many other players in the standings, prefers to publish the shots of the games played and does not give space to the private sector. Thanks to 18% more followers than the last survey, it has conquered 3 positions in the ranking.
3. Andrea Pirlo. The former Juventus coach has seen a conspicuous growth in his fanbase compared to the last survey (+ 25%) enough to conquer the podium. He too has a feed monopolized by his team, but sporadically shows himself in the company of his children.
2. Valentino Rossi. The most loved motorcycle rider in Italy shares images of his circuit training, races, pits and behind the scenes, alternating some shots in the company of his family. The number of followers, 12.9 million, remains almost completely unchanged compared to the previous survey. On average, his posts receive around 58,000 interactions.
