It recently happened to us personally during a football retreat to talk to a mountain personal trainer. It might sound scurrilous, yet our talk went on the physical fitness of local women and girls. The response of the fitness expert was very eloquent: “with all these climbs and descents we can only keep fit”. And, in fact, those who live by the sea are lucky enough to run on the beach. But those who reside in the mountains can count on continuous ups and downs and route variations. Even simply to go shopping, go down to the village, or take the children to school, it is a greater expenditure of calories with the certainty of keeping fit. And, by the way, there are still few women who know these tricks to firm breasts but also buttocks and hips.
Physical exercise yes but also proper nutrition
To close the discussion on the mountain, surely another of the secrets to keep fit is correct nutrition. Being in one of the most important areas in the production of apples and pears in the whole of Italy, we can understand why. But let’s not forget that if we want to have a nice toned and firm body, unnecessary sugars and fats should not find space on our table. Lots of fruit and vegetables, eggs and legumes, but also low-fat cheeses. However, we must not banish good fats such as those found in oil, dried fruit and some types of fish.

Now that we can count again on the reopening of gyms and swimming pools, we are definitely starting to swim, step and spinning again. Nothing better to strengthen the muscle tone of the legs and buttocks, preventing fat from taking over our body. However, it is also important for women to do the squat, perhaps using some weight, but without exceeding it in order not to risk injuries.
The importance of swimming
After having seen the statuesque bodies of our swimmers in the recent Olympics, we can only argue that swimming is one of the most complete sports ever. Perfect for toning the whole body, from the neck to the feet, strengthening the heart and burning fat and calories. Here we could really raise the musculature of every part of our body, keeping it beautiful, healthy and strong. And, remember that swimming is also considered fundamental psychologically because water is an integral part of our nature. Diving and swimming brings us back to our natural state, reminding us that we are mostly made of water.
