In particular, today we want to focus on the limbs and on a perfect exercise to make them work. The importance of performing the movements correctly
Folk wisdom tells us that swimming is a complete sport. Indeed, this is not entirely wrong. This water sport, in fact, makes the whole body work simultaneously. A great advantage if we have little time and want to do physical activity. Few people know this, yet each swimming style has different advantages. Based on the movement we perform, we will work different muscles of the body. For example, the back is perfect for getting leg work from calf to buttock.
The exercise we propose now is perfect if we go to the pool to train, but not only. We can do it even if we are at the sea, between a sun bath and another. To do this we will already need to be able to swim breaststroke and have hand fins available, also known as hand paddles.

We can start by putting on the hand paddles so that they are firmly on our hands. Then we can immediately start making large breaststroke strokes. Thanks to the surface of the fins we will move much more water with each stroke. In this way we will be much faster and we will have much less effort. The leg and arm work will be more balanced and we will be able to swim much longer. We can choose whether to move the legs in a breaststroke or freestyle.
