Astronomy enthusiasts should note that in late June, there will be a rare astronomical phenomenon “Eight Stars Linking Pearls”. Eight solar system stars will be connected in a line in the night sky. Among them, the early morning of June 25 will be the best time to watch.

“Eight stars in a row” does not mean that the planets are strung together like fish eggs, but from the perspective of the earth, the planets are gathered on one side of the sun before sunrise, and it seems that a number of stars are lined up.

Sik Sik Yuen Keguan Nature Education Center and Planetarium predicts that from 19th to 27th, there will be a chance to see the moon passing between Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Venus or Mercury daily with the naked eye in the early morning, which is called “five stars accompanying the moon”. “. At the same time, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, which are invisible to the naked eye, will all orbit nearby, and the eight solar system stars will line up in the night sky.

The Observatory pointed out that mid-to-late June is the best viewing time of the year, because the five stars visible to the naked eye appear in the night sky for the longest time at the same time. And it is expected that on June 25, Mercury, the latest of the five stars, will rise from the eastern horizon before 4:30 in the morning, and the five planets of earth, wood, fire, gold and water will be listed in the night sky at the same time until dawn. It took more than 1 hour before and after the day was getting brighter. The Observatory also expects that the weather will be very hot on the 24th and 25th, which will not hinder the viewing of astronomical wonders at night.
