YouTube, born in 2005, is the longest-running social media, perhaps because has been able to reinvent TV sensing the propensity of people to use video content and to produce it: its contents, both amateur and professional, attract over 2 billion people worldwide and 35.5 million in Italy.
The content creators here are called youtubers and have the ability to produce videos on the most disparate themes, from entertainment to thematic in-depth analysis, passing through tutorials and reviews: the Buzzoole ranking of 10 Italians with the highest number of followers it is not populated by well-known faces, as happens for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and the like, but by people who have been able to make the most of this creative platform.

10. Anima. To open the ranking, with 3.6 million subscribers, we find Sascha Burci, aka Anima, a 26-year-old young man of Ligurian origins: he mainly talks about video games, is part of the Mates group and is engaged to a very popular youtuber, LaSabriGamer.
9. theShow. In ninth position, with 3.61 million subscribers, we find the channel founded in 2013 by Alessio Stigliano and Alessandro Tenace: imported jokes and social experiments in Italy, following the American experience.
8. AmeliTVIT. In eighth position, with 3.87 million subscribers, we find a channel that tells the story of a very particular family: Ameli Tvit is a channel created by mother Malvina and father Paolo to tell about the activities carried out together with little Amelia (and recently, with little Matteo).
7. Lyon. In seventh position, with 4.02 million subscribers, we find Ettore Canu, aka Lyon: it mainly deals with Minecraft, the video game that allows you to build imaginary worlds and experience incredible adventures.
6. St3pNy. Stefano Lepri occupies the sixth place of this ranking with 4.32 million subscribers. He too, like Anima, is part of the Mates group. On his channel we find themed videos Minecraft e Fortnite.
5. Andrea Bocelli. In fifth position we find the channel of Italian tenor perhaps best known in the world: its 4.61 million subscribers on YouTube can listen to his best performances.
4. iPantellas. In fourth position, with 5.43 million subscribers, we find the channel created by Jacopo Malnati and Daniel Marangiolo: they were among the first Italian youtubers to make funny parody-themed sketches and, despite the years, they have always managed to stay on the crest of the wave.

2. FavijTv. In second place, with 6.14 million subscribers, we find one of the first Italian youtubers, Lorenzo Ostuni: on his channel he loves to review video games, while the fans love his comments and reactions that are always funny and hilarious.
1. Davie504. Perhaps a little surprisingly, the Italian youtuber with the most subscribers is Davide Biale: over 9.38 million people follow his channel dedicated to electric bass and his cover songs. His impassive expression and his videos bordering on nonsense have become a viral phenomenon.
