Trainees who performed autopsies, organ harvesting from corpses and other analyzes for necropsy bulletins, without the supervision of their superiors, who, despite not being present, signed the reports as only they were entitled to do so.

It is the investigative hypothesis that in recent days has led the Nas carabinieri to search the offices of the Institute of Forensic Medicine of Turin, by order of the Prosecutor of the Savoy capital, which has opened a file for forgery.

The investigation started after a complaint, according to which also the time sheets of university doctors were falsified, who instead of being in the hospital were at conferences. At the moment there would be no entry in the register of suspects.
