Turin becomes an international reference point in the world of video games. Ogr, 34BigThings and Microsoft with ID @ Xbox (the program dedicated to independent developers) launch Quickload powered by Ogr Torino, the first Italian 4.0 acceleration program dedicated to European gaming startups.

In 2020 the video game market generated a turnover of 2.1 billion euros, up 21.9% compared to 2019. The launch of the Quickload program confirms Turin as a city focused on innovation and digital, supporting of the best international talents in highly developed sectors. The call is open to startups and development ideas throughout Europe, both in the entertainment and serious gaming sectors. The selected candidates will be supported with a mentorship path and will have the tools and resources necessary for the development of their business or related creative ideas. Applications will be open from 30 July until 20 September through the official website. An international commission of experts nominated by Ogr Torino, 34BigThings and Microsoft, will select the startups. The official announcement of the participants will take place in November in a dedicated event.
