Ubisoft says it won’t arbitrarily reject takeover bid – Gamereactor

Ever since Microsoft announced its intention to acquire Activision Blizzard last month, we’ve known that nothing is impossible when it comes to acquiring a video game company. As we wrote about last month, Ubisoft would actually be one of the cheaper publishers to buy, at a fraction of what Activision Blizzard did.

But it was only a few years ago that Ubisoft struggled not to be acquired by Vivendi, and used every trick to avoid it.
