He defines the broth vaccines and attacks masks and medicine: this is the summary of the conduct found by the Cremona Public Prosecutor’s Office in what the press defines as “a social battle” fought by a single man.

Some of the fake news described in the indictments are our old acquaintances, like the theory why “The mask is a slow and inexorable suicide” (discussed by us in May 2020…). Others hit doctors and medicine, accused of to make the data of the deaths artifacts with falsifications that made fun of the Italians(also this fake news in the archive …), up to the phrase that has become an iconic battle center on social media, namely the accusation “vaccine broth”.
All this led the Prosecutor to register in the register of suspects for “inciting the disobedience of the laws, of public order, in force to protect public health in the period of pandemic emergency from Covid-19″.

Even if we premise that freedom of speech does not consist in shouting “Fire!” in a crowded theater stepping aside as people run terrified to the exits, munching each other, and that in any case charge and conviction are not the same, and a trial will soon arrive to restore the truth of the facts, it must be said that the accused was obviously not happy.
“In my opinion – the comment of the suspect – we are faced with a more unique than rare case where a person is brought to court for having expressed opinions, a fact contemplated by our Constitution. If they accuse me of having committed a crime for those sentences, it seems to me that they are extremely light, subtle accusations. All Italians could then be accused from now on “
Defendant who found an unexpected defense in the “brickists”, a well-known Twitter group that relaunched the hashtag #vaccinibrodaglia in a sort of challenge in defense of the pensioner.
Hashtags that unfortunately we have to find further to the defense of the pensioner e accusations against the judiciary they also report fake news already seen as i “Internment camps for COVID patients”, the alleged (and imaginary) vaccine sterility and just so as not to miss anything some accusations against fact checking, to case.
Basically the problem of fake news it is also this: who encourages others to share hardly provides help, but you find yourself only in the caciara.
