US, Emergent hid from the FDA that it had contaminated thousands of doses of Covid vaccine

Emergent BioSolutions, a company that was awarded a contract by the US government to produce hundreds of millions of doses of the coronavirus vaccine, allegedly withheld evidence of quality control problems from Food and Drug Administration inspectors. The facts date back to February 2021. Those responsible lied about the situation six weeks before alerting federal officials that 15 million doses had been contaminated.
