Vaccini, Ema on AstraZeneca: “It’s good for adults in all age groups”

ROME – “The benefit-risk balance of the AstraZeneca vaccine remains positive for adults in all age groups.” Thus the Ema in a note, in which it notes that “the benefits of vaccination increase with increasing age and infection rates”. The European Medicines Agency also recommended continuing to administer a second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine between 4 and 12 weeks after administering the first, in line with the product information.
