Professor is dead Vincenzo Jasonni, who in our city is remembered for having founded the pediatric surgery department of the “Santo Spirito” civil hospital. Jasonni graduated in 1966 in medicine and surgery at the University of Bologna, with the final grade of 110/110 cum laude. Since 1 August 1979 he has directed the pediatric surgery division of the breaking latest news hospital as a permanent hospital head physician. He was also the winner of the competition for first level university professor, announced by the universities of Pavia, Verona, Siena and Chieti, and was called to hold the chair of pediatric surgery at the medical faculty of the “D’Annunzio” University of Chieti. for the 1985-86 academic year.
