Microorganisms, especially bacteria and fungi, live in and on our bodies. If they are doing well, this also has a positive effect on our well-being: if you “feed” them correctly, your own feeling of hunger does not get out of hand.

Nutrition expert and author Andreas Jopp explains in a conversation with podcast host and FAS editor Lucia Schmidt how each of us can properly “feed” our microbiome and ensure that our own feeling of hunger does not get out of hand.
