New round of 20 million for Wonderflow, active in the analysis of big data of consumer feedback. The investment was led by the North American venture capital manager Klass Capital and attended by P101 Sgr, through its second vehicle P102 and Italia 500 (fund set up by Azimut Libera Impresa sgr and managed by P101). The operation, which brings the startup’s total funding to 25 million, also sees the participation of the Dutch manager Jan Bennink.
The new capital injection will allow the company, led by CEO Riccardo Osti, to consolidate its positioning in Europe thanks to the recruitment of new talents in the three offices in Amsterdam, Trento – at Hub Innovazione Trentino – and Milan. The company also aims to open a new office in North America, thanks also to the support of Klass.

At the new round Wonderflow, which operates with a network of 100 collaborators (65% women) in 15 countries, presented itself with revenues doubled during the 2020 financial year and with customers such as Philips, Fastweb, Pirelli, Colgate-Palmolive, Delonghi group, Samsung, TomTom, UBER, Reckitt Benckiser, Beiersdorf, DHL, Kantar, Estee Lauder. The company operates in the customer analytics industry, up 17% year-over-year and which according to the most recent estimates will be worth $ 9 billion in 2022, according to Gartner.
