WSAVA and Hill’s Pet Nutrition Launch Certificate in Professional Development and Personal Wellbeing for Veterinarians

The World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) has teamed up with Hill’s Pet Nutrition to introduce a new certificate program aimed at helping veterinarians create a roadmap for professional development and strategies to safeguard their wellbeing. The program, titled the Certificate in Professional Development and Personal Wellbeing, is offered free of charge to members of WSAVA member associations, thanks to the support of Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

Delivered through video lectures from veterinary professional development experts, the program also includes case studies, a downloadable workbook, space for reflection, and links to additional resources. Participants will explore ways to learn new skills aligned with personal goals, establish new habits, and track their progress. Commitment to the course will be assessed through questionnaires at the conclusion of each module.

Designed to be inclusive and accessible to individuals with neurodiversity, the content of the certificate program is underpinned by principles of wellbeing and self-care outlined in the WSAVA global guidelines on professional wellbeing.

Veterinarians interested in registering for the Certificate in Professional Development and Personal Wellbeing can do so by visiting the provided link. Take the first step towards enhancing your professional skills and prioritizing your personal wellbeing today.
