Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, an exaggerated smartphone, even too much

by admin

That’s almost two and a half pounds of smartphones. Ultra-high-end display and camera – hard to be disappointed with photos and videos. High-level build quality with glass, ceramic and aluminum. Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra more than a mobile phone is a test of strength. Big, heavy, to show to friends to show that you are serious. Here is our proof.

What we liked.

It has it all: 6.81 ”AMOLED HDR10 +, 515ppi WQHD + and variable refresh rates up to 120Hz and 1,700 nits of peak brightness. Then the 5,000 mAh battery that with a Snapdragon 888 processor allows you to end the day in a dignified way even after intense use. And the camera that is a bomb: three sensors of which the main one of 50Mp, wide angle and telephoto of 48Mp and a front camera of 20Mp. The photographic performance satisfied us. It is not a fast-shooting smartphone, but a car that fans can really have fun with. Games and applications run smoothly. And the screen is really bright. But the aspect that convinced us most is the construction care and the quality of the materials.

What we didn’t like

It weighs 234 grams for a thickness of 8.4mm. The Samsung GN2 sensor is among the largest and takes up space. It is not a defect but a choice. We are aware of this. It came out on the market at 1399 euros but now you can find it for less. Attention, the price is not exaggerated, you pay for the quality. But if the goal was to annoy Samsung and Apple then there is still something to do, more on the software front than on the hardware one.
