On the morning of November 19th, the 2021 World Manufacturing Conference officially opened in Hefei, Anhui Province. This conference focuses on strategic emerging industries, promotes the in-depth integration of the digital economy and the real economy, cultivates new technologies, new formats, and new models, and jointly promotes the high-quality development of global manufacturing. During the period, the “hard core” technology and a wide range of good things from the “CIIE” that appeared together were favored by many visitors.

It is understood that with the theme of “Innovation-driven digital empowerment and high-quality development of the global manufacturing industry”, this conference held a total of 20 events, divided into “major events, 600 project docking events, special events, and parallel forums”. In the section, a total of about 800 important businessmen participated in the conference. Participating experts and scholars attended keynote forums and special events, delivered keynote speeches on related topics, launched high-end dialogues, and collided with sparks of wisdom.
At this year’s World Manufacturing Conference, visitors can choose between “online” and “offline” to participate in the conference. They can go to the exhibition hall to experience the charm of science and technology, or they can “visit” the scene through the “cloud exhibition” platform. With new achievements in industry development, the conference set up an exhibition area with a total area of 43,000 square meters to showcase new manufacturing models, new formats, new technologies and new products.
Among the companies that signed up for the exhibition, there are not only ten leading companies in emerging industries, but also “hidden champions” in industry segments. A large number of cutting-edge products with high appearance and strong performance, such as quantum computing, high-end new energy vehicles, and sixth-generation flexible displays, were unveiled during the conference and attracted the attention of countless audiences. “I really didn’t expect that Anhui manufacturing could be so’trendy’!” Many visitors expressed such emotions after the visit.
This conference not only demonstrated the “hard-core power” of science and technology, but also a dazzling array of “good things in the museum”. It is understood that, in order to undertake the spillover effects of the China International Import Expo and realize the seamless connection between the China International Import Expo and the World Manufacturing Conference, the organizer organizes the participation of well-known international companies participating in the China International Import Expo. There are seven imported commodity exhibition areas, including Jinbo Goods Zone, Internet Celebrity Zone, Light Luxury Skin Care and Beauty Zone. There are 198 varieties of imported commodities from 26 countries and regions. By promoting the combination of exhibition and sales, Anhui can be consumed. Visitors visit the “CIIE” in front of their homes.
In addition, the conference also released the “2021 World Manufacturing Conference Hefei Outlook” and held a signing ceremony for major projects. After the preliminary docking and negotiation, a batch of “600” cooperation projects of the conference have been promoted. Among them, the conference selected 30 projects to sign contracts at the opening ceremony, involving a new generation of information technology, new materials, new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing, automobiles and auto parts, smart home appliances, life and health and other fields.
