From 0 to 24:00 on April 24, Harbin, Heilongjiang added 26 local confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia, including 15 in Shuangcheng District, 8 in Nangang District, 1 in Xiangfang District, 1 in Songbei District, and 1 in Pingfang District; 12 cases of local asymptomatic infections were added, including 5 in Xiangfang District, 3 in Pingfang District, 2 in Nangang District, and 2 in Shuangcheng District. The above cases were all found by nucleic acid testing during the isolation and control period. The newly positive infected persons have been closed-loop transferred to designated medical institutions for isolation observation and treatment. According to the “New Coronary Virus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Program (Trial Version 9)”, the expert group diagnosed confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia and asymptomatic infections in combination with clinical, imaging manifestations and laboratory nucleic acid test results. At present, the work of epidemiological traceability, close contact investigation, nucleic acid detection, environmental disinfection and gene sequencing is in progress.
