The free service provides assistance to citizens on Spid and other online services

A Digital Desk is active in Aosta, at the Regional Department of Economic Development, providing assistance to citizens in using the telematic services of the Public Administration.

The information point provides support for the digital innovations of the PA starting from the creation of the Spid (Public Digital Identity System), which is essential to take advantage of many online services, including the telematic system to request regional Covid-19 support contributions. The service can also be consulted for assistance on how to access the portals of public bodies and on looking for work online.

The Digital Counter is located in the internal courtyard of the councilorship headquarters, in Piazza della Repubblica, in Aosta, and is free to access in compliance with the rules against contagion from Covid-19.

The free service is operational with the contribution of two students of the regional civil service from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30.
