A drunk customer comes out of the pleasure. Double fine for him and closed premises

by admin

The carabinieri of the Radiomobile intervened on Saturday evening in the venue in via Mezzaterra

BELLUNO. The Pleasure closed again for five days: once again the anticovid rules were broken. On Saturday evening the carabinieri did not find customers around the table playing cards, but rather saw a customer in an evident state of drunkenness leave the room without even a mask on his face. Both the patron and the managers were fined and the venue closed for five days.

A similar intervention dates back to January, during which some patrons were caught playing cards, when there was a curfew between bars and restaurants. A game in which everyone had lost, given the heavy fines that had been raised to customers by the military. On the occasion, a series of reports from residents of the area had also arrived at the address of the wine shop: inhabitants who saw a certain coming and going. Investigators also discovered that on that occasion the patrons had used a back door to enter the venue.

On Saturday, however, the patrol of the radio-mobile nucleus of the Belluno carabinieri carried out another intervention in the room in via Mezzaterra. The military tracked down a 30-year-old from Belluno along via Mezzaterra as he was leaving the restaurant in an evident state of alcoholic intoxication. The man was not even wearing personal protective equipment: he was without a mask. The thirty-year-old got his fine on the basis of the decree of March this year. Double fine for him: 400 euros for the violation of the anticovid provisions and 102 euros for the violation of the penal code, with the carabinieri who accused him of his drunkenness, that is, article 688 of the penal code.

Quite another sanction was instead touched to those who manage “Il Piacere”: yesterday morning the soldiers of the radio-mobile unit raised the sanction, again on the basis of the latest dpcm. The heaviest penalty, in addition to the 400 euro fine, is that relating to the closure of the restaurant for five days, provisional closure for those who violate the anti-pandemic rules. –
