On the 1st, “Suqian Fire Fighting” reported that at 4:08 pm, a fire broke out in the warehouse of Jiangsu Haoyu Industrial Co., Ltd. (Haoyu Company) at No.318 Zhuhai Road, Shuyang County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province. The building on site was a single-story steel-concrete warehouse with a height of 8 meters. The main burning substance was 300 boxes of finished liquor of 42 degrees.

As of the notification, the fire area on site was about 700 square meters.

The report stated that there were no casualties at the scene.

However, according to public information, Haoyu Company was established on January 1, 2002. It is located on the west side of the expressway exit on the north side of Yingbin Avenue, Shuyang Shucheng, Suqian, Suqian, Jiangsu. The product and service provided are real estate development.

According to the report, in 2006, female entrepreneur Wang Gendi came to Shuyang through investment promotion. On December 10 of the same year, Haoyu Company under her control signed an investment agreement with Shuyang County Government. Haoyu Company promised to invest 250 million yuan within 3 years. Set up industrial projects in Shuyang Economic Development Zone, including investment in medical equipment, stainless steel products, electric vehicle production and real estate development.

However, Wang Gendi said that after they legally acquired more than 100 acres of commercial land and built 8 commercial houses of more than 20,000 square meters, they were violently taken away by the aunt Rongli of the former member of the Standing Committee of Shuyang County and deputy county magistrate Si Dongliang. Li robbed us of our land and sold us 26,530 square meters of commercial and residential buildings, worth hundreds of millions of yuan, and we sued everywhere without supervision.”

Chen Yingqun, daughter of Wang Gendi and the legal representative of Haoyu Company, disclosed that Rongli had used social personnel to beat and intimidate her and related company personnel through illegal detention, tyre tyres, and forced driving. She pointed out that “there is no king’s law in Shuyang, and life in Shuyang is threatened at any time.”

According to the report, Wang Gendi was a well-known private entrepreneur in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu in the early days. Because of the nightmare of Shuyang real estate investment, he fell from the peak and fell into fear and darkness.

In May 2011, Zhou Xiaoyun also exclusively revealed his real name. Si Dongliang, together with Rong Youwen, a member of the Standing Committee of the Sucheng District Committee of Suqian City, transferred 8 million from the special treasury account from the local treasury account of the Shucheng Town Accounting Center of Shuyang County. “Settled back” was transferred to the mysterious woman Rongli through the Shuyang Shucheng branch of the Agricultural Bank of China.

According to his investigation at the time, the mysterious woman Rongli was Si Dongliang’s aunt and cousin of Rong Youwen, a member of the Standing Committee of the Sucheng District Committee of Suqian City.

After the incident, the persons involved in the case Rong Li and Rong Youwen were subject to double regulations. Rong Youwen was sentenced to 17 years in prison on January 16, 2012 for embezzling public funds and accepting bribes, but Rong Li was acquitted. Si Dongliang has not been subjected to any criminal punishment.

It was not until April 2013 that Si Dongliang was removed from the posts of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Dean of Jiangsu Farmers Training College.

The aforementioned Zhou Xiaoyun article also stated that the locals revealed that Si Dongliang was a local “political” family, and his family controlled almost all key local departments.

Si Dongliang is a member of the Standing Committee of the Shuyang County Party Committee, Deputy County Mayor, and Secretary of the Party Committee of Shucheng Township in Suqian City; Si Dongliang’s brother Si Dongzhou is the Director of Shuyang County Education; Si Dongliang’s aunt, Si Xinhua, is the old tobacco director of Siyang County; Si Dongliang’s uncle is the director of the former Civil Affairs Bureau of Shuyang County, and his son Wang Feng is the deputy head of Suyu District; Si Dongyuan is the director of Shuyang County Transportation Bureau; Si Dongliang’s relative, Rong Youwen, is a member of the Standing Committee of Sucheng District The secretary of the Hezhen Party Committee, Rong Youwen’s twin brother, Rong Youwu, is the director of the Shuyang County Public Security Bureau.
