Only a few days left until the premiere: On June 15th at 09:00 a.m. the very first Modern Work Day will open its doors at the Seibert Media headquarters! On this day, everything will revolve around the question: How are modern ways of working changing companies?
Today’s world is characterized by disruptive changes – the corona pandemic has made this more than clear. And how, for example, AI, with ChatGPT and Co., will change the working world is not yet foreseeable. Without a doubt, these are exciting times we live in. At the Modern Work Day we want to take a closer look and find out together which solutions and concepts exist to meet the challenges of modern work – and to position ourselves successfully in the market as a company.

Get ready for a day that will provide (among other things) a lot of answers to pressing questions in the context of today’s working world! We have put together a varied program with everything your heart desires: lectures, discussions, workshops and other sessions, insights into the practice of various companies, opportunities for networking and lots of impulses that you can take with you into your everyday work.
And now – curtain up:
Morning #1: Neschat Haghighi will shed light on how Google Workspace is an important contribution to corporate culture.
Vormittag #2: “Impossible alone, unstoppable together”: Lisa Grau then shows you how the teams at Atlassian manage not only to generate maximum added value, but also to work in such a way that each individual can fully develop.
Morning #3: Why “new” does not equal “good” and how to deal with the “overload” in today’s working world – this topic is in the lecture by Jule Jankowski in focus.
Morning #4: The panel discussion begins at 11:40 a.m. – Felix Mohr, Weak Before, Peter Scheidt and our colleague Florian Schneider will debate current obstacles and possible solutions in the modern and future world of work.
This is followed by the lunch break, during which our chefs in the Seabird Restaurant ensure that all participants are well prepared for the afternoon with a delicious and healthy meal. Because then it says: off to the deep dive sessions!
The afternoon – your tailor-made program
You can decide for yourself which ones you are particularly interested in: Maybe you would like to know more about how workations are made possible and what you should pay attention to? Or how you can make your IT leaner and more resource-efficient with ChromeOS? And there are even more exciting sessions: Inclusion in the Modern Workplace is just as much a part as impulses for everything to do with “Good Work”, self-organization and self-leadership, the democratization of business intelligence in companies, an introduction to hybrid work and much more!
