On October 28, the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education issued the “Notice on the cancellation of recent overseas examinations in Beijing.” The notice stated that at present, the prevention and control of the epidemic in Beijing is facing severe challenges. According to relevant requirements, it is decided to make the following adjustments to the overseas examinations held in Beijing from October 30 (inclusive):

Cancel all TOEFL iBT (TOEFL iBT) from October 30 (inclusive) to November 30 and close the registration for the corresponding session.

Cancel all GRE exams from October 30 (inclusive) to November 30 and close the registration for the corresponding session.

Cancel various IELTS tests from October 30 (inclusive) to November 30 and close the registration for the corresponding sessions.

Cancel all GMAT exams from October 30 (inclusive) to November 30 and close the registration for the corresponding session.

The Telford test on November 6, 2021 will be cancelled.

Cancel the French DELF-DALF exam in November 2021.

The BEC advanced exam on November 20, the BEC elementary exam on November 27, and the BEC intermediate exam on December 4 will be cancelled.

The Japanese Language Proficiency Test on December 5, 2021 will be cancelled.

The notice finally stated that the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education will adjust the examination arrangements in Beijing based on changes in the epidemic situation.
