The mobile squad has identified two young people aged 35 and 22, affected by the anti-fight decree
TREVISO. Two Kosovars, 35 and 22 years old, reported to the judicial authorities, were identified by the mobile squad of the Treviso police headquarters.
The owner of a Harley Davidson had asked the father of a minor, who was riding his motorcycle, to get him off.
After a first violent reaction from the child’s father, the victim was again attacked with a series of kicks, punches and bites to the upper limbs by the parent and other friends of theirs, who were nearby, in the meantime.
As a result of the violence suffered, the owner of the motorcycle had to go to the hospital: injuries healed in 15 days of prognosis.
The investigations conducted by the investigators of the mobile team, also with the aid of cameras and electronic eyes, made it possible to identify and report to the judicial authority, two Kosovar citizens MF and SS, respectively 35 and 22, resident in the city and in good standing with the rules on stay, as responsible for the facts.
Further investigations are underway to name the other people who participated in the attack.
In the meantime, the measure of the “Willy” decree has been applied to the two attackers for two years, which will prevent them from accessing the public establishment, the scene of the attack and its vicinity.
