AGROPOLI – Memberships are open for the “Solidarity Beach” in Agropoli. The municipal administration, led by the mayor Adamo Coppola, has decided to confirm also for 2021 the important service dedicated to the disabled and disadvantaged minors to allow them to enjoy the sea without problems and in a completely free way. The “Solidarity Beach”, which allows you to have an umbrella and deck chairs, a stone’s throw from the sea, is located in San Marco, adjacent to the Lido “Il Raggio Verde”. It will be operational in July and August. It will be intended for private beneficiaries of law 104/92 or civil disability and for associations of disabled people and minors at risk and under guardianship, who will request it. An appointment, much appreciated by families and associations, which is renewed, thanks to the collaboration between public and private. The application form can be found on the institutional website and at the Social Services office of the Municipality of Agropoli.

“Also this year, for the fourth consecutive year – say the mayor Adamo Coppola and the councilor for social policies, Maria Giovanna D’Arienzo – we renew the” Solidarity beach “service, testifying to the attention that this Administration reserves to the bands weak population. Places in the sun dedicated to the disabled and minors in conditions of discomfort, accessible free of charge. All thanks to the synergy between the municipal administration and Lido “Raggio Verde”. A very much appreciated service that we are pleased to offer again, to give a smile to those less fortunate ».
