“Political” green light from the Council of Ministers to pay the salaries of April for Alitalia workers. This is what is learned from ministerial sources. The Cdm’s ok, arrived at the proposal of the Mise owner Giancarlo Giorgetti, was not formalized in the statement of the Council of Ministers and not even the amount to be paid to the workers of the Italian flag carrier is specified by the sources. It would therefore be a question of a “political” go-ahead which came – according to the same sources unanimously – before the European commission’s prior approval and on the day of the protest in Rome by Alitalia workers.
