Limited range of action

The reference to an ancient time frame gives the idea that the amnesty only concerns archaeological debts, which are now impossible to recover for the state, INPS or local authorities. But it is a wrong idea. Because the times of the Italian fiscal machine are often biblical, and in this context 2010 is still a very topical year. The technical report estimates the costs for the public budget obviously excluding the share of credits that have become de facto bad debts because they are linked to bankrupt companies, deceased persons and so on. But of the 666 million calculated by the Mef, 451 million (therefore 68% of the total) are connected to practices that had adhered to the scrapping ter and balance and excerpt, and were therefore in the process of being collected.
