The works of the master of illustration exhibited under the arcades of the Town Hall

Aosta dedicates an exhibition to the master of illustration Emanuele Luzzati to celebrate the centenary of his birth. It is entitled “Snow White and the Bad Wolf – Emanuele Luzzati and the tales of the Brothers Grimm” and from 16 September it will bring an artistic touch of color and fantasy under the arcades of the Town Hall.

The exhibition is organized in collaboration with the Lele Luzzati Foundation and the Casa Luzzati of Genoa and traces, through a series of suspended panels, the works created by Lele Luzzati in 1988 for the selected fairy tales by the Grimm brothers, in the Olivetti series of strennas. , expertly edited by the writer Giorgio Soavi. “Snow White and the Big Bad Wolf – Emanuele Luzzati and the tales of the Grimm Brothers” also represents the latest proposal of the “Children in the Head” project which started in 2019 and was interrupted due to the Covid-19 health emergency.

The inauguration will take place at 5.30 pm in the presence of the curator Sergio Noberini, director of the Luzzati Museum in Porta Siberia in Genoa, who will guide those present to discover the fabulous representations of the Genoese artist who died in 2007.
