If he had only enticed it we could have saved something, instead he broke it in half and so we risk losing 90% of the harvest. Wild boars and crows were not enough, now bad weather too. We need the request for a state of calamity, otherwise this year we will not be saved ».

“As soon as they called us we came to see the damage – he says Massimo Ceresole, Coldiretti area secretary of Ivrea and Rivarolo Canavese – and the situation is truly dramatic. Many of our companies are affected by bad weather and we are taking action to assist them in requesting damages and in compiling the necessary documents to be presented in the municipalities ».

In Rivarolo a large tree has also fallen in Villa Vallero. Fortunately, no injuries were registered.
