From mid-week snow down from 1,300 to 1,500 m in altitude
IVREA. Clear after the rains that have fallen on Piedmont since Saturday, with snowfalls starting from 1,800-2,000 meters. The rainfall was regular and did not cause any problems, even helping to reduce the rainfall deficit that persists in some areas of the region. However, the return of sunny weather will be short-lived – predicts Arpa (Regional Agency for Environmental Protection – and on Wednesday a new perturbation will bring some more rain, with decreasing snow levels, at 1,300-1,500 meters above sea level.
