Bagheria, the sick brother “strips” of his possessions: the GDF seizes 112 thousand euros from him

He literally stripped his brother of his possessions, thus taking them away from the legitimate heirs. The financiers of the Provincial Command of Palermo, in execution of a decree issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Termini Imerese, seized precious objects and cash for a value of about 112 thousand thousand euros from SD, a clean record, under investigation for circumvention of incapacity and appropriation undue.

The investigations were conducted of the yellow flames of the Company of Bagheria and were coordinated by the Prosecutor of Termini Imerese.

In particular, the suspect, who for several years had not had relations with his brother, had resumed seeing him and, taking advantage of his state of illness, had induced him to carry out some banking operations for his exclusive advantage.
