Before the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Landscaping and Greening issued a special notice to make comprehensive arrangements and deployments from five aspects: epidemic prevention and control, large passenger flow control, park management, uncivilized park behavior rectification, and proper handling of tourists’ demands.

During the Mid-Autumn Festival, there are 105 flower beds and 704 flower pots in the city’s parks. 20 parks hold 53 cultural activities (including 14 online activities), including boat cruises, folk customs experience, hand-made, flower exhibitions, parent-child Activities and other themes provide citizens with a rich and pleasant garden experience.
The reporter learned from the Beijing Park Management Center that during the three-day Mid-Autumn Festival, 11 parks and the Chinese Garden Museum in Beijing received a total of 604,000 Chinese and foreign tourists. The Summer Palace, Temple of Heaven Park, and Beijing Zoo are among the top three in terms of tourist reception, receiving more than 100,000, 80,700, and 73,300 tourists respectively.
