The Covid emergency weighs on the accounts of Sersa, the company that manages the Maria Gaggia Lante retirement home and home care services. The rates for the non self-sufficient have increased, which are established on an Isee basis, in three bands. The lower one, for those with an Isee indicator of less than 8 thousand euros, is safe from tweaks. In the intermediate range (8.001 – 16 thousand euros) the tariffs will be increased by 1% compared to those in force last year. In the third band, the one reserved for those with an ISEE higher than 16.001 euros, the increase will be 2%. Furthermore, for all bands, in the event of hospitalization or leave, the full fee is applied up to the fifth day of absence and 75% of the rate starting from the sixth day. Sersa has also provided for the insertion of a new residential tariff for users who have the access to health quota of thirty euros, determined by increasing the corresponding tariff values by 10% for the bracket with an ordinary residential request (Isee above 16 thousand euros).
On the other hand, the rates for self-sufficient guests of the nursing home and for users of the day center remain unchanged (even if for frequencies of less than four days a week the fee will be increased by one euro per day). No increase for home care services, home meal delivery and Sapad service, home care for Alzheimer’s patients.
Users with a residence card with Isee less than 8 thousand euros will pay 52.30 euros per day for a single room and 48.30 for a double room; between 8 and 16 thousand euros the rates are 52.80 euros for the single and 48.80 for the double; above 16 thousand euros the fee will be 53.30 euros for the single and 49.30 for the double. Users with a sanitary access fee will pay 58.60 euros for the single room and 54 for the double; users without referral or medical access fee will pay 76 euros per day; the Alzheimer unit 36 euros per day; the permanent vegetative state section 23 euros per day; the section reserved for sla patients 40 euros per day. The fees for self-sufficient people will be 62.60 euros per day in a single room and 56.40 in a double room. –
